Way way down in the oceans deep.
I lost my soul to the devils beat.
It moved my feet, so I turned in swayed.
Forgot myself while the music played.
Danced till my heart ached and feet bled.
Communed with spirits, spoke to the dead.
The lesson they said, was self control.
To reach nirvana you must pay the toll.
The price one soul and what you earn.
Entry to a place you can never return.
Filled with sounds and mystery.
Free of worry and misery.
I laughed at the spirits, cuz I knew the deal.
Like I knew their promise, wasn’t real.
The price was to high and I wouldn’t pay.
I slept in the moonlight and left in the day.
