Shipping & Returns

All products will be shipped via PostNL. Track & Trace codes are provided with all package shipments. Track & Trace codes are not provided for items sent in envelopes (through the mail slot) and are sent at the buyers own risk. The expected delivery times are as follows (barring holidays, or unexpected delays such as customs):

+/- 1-2 business days (within The Netherlands)
+/- 3-5 business days (within Europe)
+/- 7-10 business days (to the rest of the world)

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

Refunds are ONLY provided in such a case that a product is faulty and no replacement is possible. If necessary, a replacement item will be sent at our expense. The customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us of a complaint. We will make every effort to rectify the problem in a timely manner.

Be aware when purchasing any of our products that we ship from THE NETHERLANDS. There may be customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping and handling fees. We are not responsible for these charges.
